Hotel staff was helpful. Choosing for lunch villa bianca restaurant, which is situated 600 metres away was a good idea. Super base for a trip in Penrith.

we could see lowther castle and gardens from our window. in general, the hotel was very clean. near to brougham castle, 10 minutes' walk to penrith train station. the staff gracious when we had questions.
